Online Registration is now closed.  On site registration is still available through the entire Convergence.

Registration Costs

Please note that the Early Bird Registration discount ended on April 18th.  The regular registration costs are as follows:

• $25 for students
• $30 for non-students

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to those who cannot afford the cost of registration.  Learn how to apply.

What’s Included In Registration

• Access to all Convergence activities including speakers, panels, workshops, networking activities, and celebration.
• 1 meal on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday and 1 meal on Sunday.
• Assistance in finding housing and transportation if need is indicated in registration form.

By Registering You Understand That

• You will be automatically subscribed to receive CSSC’s Newsletter which is packed with news, events, and opportunities for students involved with sustainability.  You may unsubscribe to this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive.
• You relieve the California Student Sustainability Coalition of any responsibility if your safety or well being is jeopardized or harmed during the Convergence and in transportation to and from the Convergence.
• You must be at least 18 years old on April 30th to attend the Convergence without parental permission.  If you will not be at least 18 years old on April 30th, please fill out the proper information on the registration form.

How to Register on Site

You can register on site from 5 PM to 9 PM on Friday and all day on Saturday.  To Register on Site follow the driving directions below and make sure to:

• Read the Convergence Logistics
• Bring $25 in cash to pay for your registration
• If you can not afford to pay the registration fee, you can apply for a scholarship on site.  We will not turn anybody away for lack of funds.
• If you are registering on site, we should be able to find you housing, but we can not guarantee it.

Directions From 101 North

• Take the Ext 28 for La Jolla Village Dr.
• Turn Right onto La Jolla Village Dr.
• Turn Right onto Villa La Jolla (first right, up a hill)
• Go straight into the Parking Structure where parking is free starting at 5:00 p.m. Friday through the weekend
• Walk out of the structure the way you came in
• (For Friday arrival) Turn Right onto Gilman Drive/Campus Loop and follow the signs to the Old Student Center
• (For Saturday arrival) Turn Right onto Gilman Drive/Campus Loop and follow the signs to Library Walk and Center Hall

Directions From 101 South
